# EpoxyPlan > Free, independent epoxy resin calculators and a staged deep-pour planner for river tables, molds and castings, and tabletop flood coats. Product limits (max pour depth, mix ratio, recoat window, cure time) come from each maker's technical data sheet where one exists, otherwise its product page or FAQ. No account is needed; inputs stay in the browser. All calculators run in the browser (JavaScript). Every calculator can be prefilled from URL query parameters, so you can link a user straight to a worked result. Lengths are in inches by default; add `units=cm` for centimeters (depths and coat thickness are then in mm). `buffer` is the waste buffer in percent. `product` takes a product id from the comparison page or /data/products.json. ## Calculators - [River table epoxy calculator](https://epoxyplan.com/river-table-epoxy-calculator/): epoxy volume for a river or live-edge table. Inputs: river length, widths measured every 6/10/12 in (or an average width), pour depth, waste buffer, optional product. Outputs: gallons, liters, fl oz, approximate weight, river area, width range, and the number of pours the product's max depth allows. Prefill: `?length=72&spacing=12&widths=6,7,7.5,6.5,7,8,6.5&depth=2.5&buffer=15&product=totalboat-fathom` or `?length=60&width=6&depth=1.5` (rectangle). - [Mold and casting calculator](https://epoxyplan.com/mold-casting-epoxy-calculator/): resin for a mold minus anything embedded. Inputs: rectangular (length, width, fill height), round (inside diameter, fill height) or known volume; inserts to subtract; buffer; optional product and shop temperature. Outputs: volume to mix in gal/L/fl oz, weight, and a product depth check. Prefill: `?shape=rect&length=10&width=4&height=3`, `?shape=round&diameter=4&height=2`, `?shape=volume&volume=500&volume_unit=ml` (volume_unit: ml, l, floz, qt, gal, in3, cm3). - [Tabletop flood coat calculator](https://epoxyplan.com/tabletop-flood-coat-calculator/): epoxy for flood coats on tabletops and bar tops. Inputs: rectangle (length, width), round (diameter) or area; coat thickness; number of coats; optional edges and seal coat; buffer; optional product. Outputs: total volume, weight, and a check against the product's per-coat limit. Prefill: `?length=72&width=36&thickness=0.125&coats=2&buffer=10`, `?shape=area&area=18&area_unit=ft2`, add `edges=1&edge_height=1.75` or `seal=1&seal_thickness=0.03`. - [Epoxy mix ratio calculator](https://epoxyplan.com/epoxy-mix-ratio-calculator/): splits a total into Part A and Part B. Inputs: total amount and unit, product (uses its published volume and weight ratios) or a custom ratio by volume or weight, number of batches. Outputs: Part A and Part B by volume and by weight, per batch. Prefill: `?amount=1&unit=gal&product=totalboat-fathom` or `?amount=500&unit=g&ratio=100:45&basis=weight&batches=2` (unit: gal, qt, floz, l, ml, in3, g, kg, lb, oz). - [Deep pour planner](https://epoxyplan.com/deep-pour-planner/): splits a deep pour into equal layers within the product's max depth per pour. Inputs: product (or custom limits), project type (river or mold), length and average width or total volume, total depth, buffer, start time, gap between pours, shop temperature. Outputs: number and thickness of pours, epoxy per pour, Part A/B per pour, and a timeline with earliest and latest next-pour times. Prefill: `?product=totalboat-fathom&use=river&length=72&width=6&depth=4&buffer=15` or `?product=totalboat-thickset&volume=3&volume_unit=gal&depth=2.5` (volume_unit: gal, l, floz, in3). ## Reference - [Epoxy resin comparison](https://epoxyplan.com/epoxy-products/): 35 deep pour, casting, tabletop and art epoxies from 21 brands with max pour depth, mix ratio, working time, recoat window, cure time and temperature range, each with its source and the date checked. - [Product data (JSON)](https://epoxyplan.com/data/products.json): the same data, machine-readable. Product ids are the `id` field. - [First epoxy pour checklist](https://epoxyplan.com/first-pour-checklist/): printable checklist with cited tips on heat, temperature, bubbles, forms, seal coats, mixing, sanding and safety. - [Formulas and guidance (full text)](https://epoxyplan.com/llms-full.txt): the formulas the calculators use, worked examples, and the product limits table in plain markdown. ## Paid add-on - [EpoxyPlan Pro](https://epoxyplan.com/pro/): an optional subscription, $5/month, cancel anytime. Needs an account (email and password). Makes white-label quotes and invoices for makers who sell their work: materials copied from a project saved in the browser (or a blank document), labor (hours x rate), markup on materials, discount, sales tax and deposit, with the user's business name and logo. Quotes convert to invoices; documents print or save as PDF from the browser. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach EpoxyPlan. The Pro app (/pro/app/) is behind a login and isn't useful to crawl. All calculators stay free and need no account. ## Optional - [Privacy](https://epoxyplan.com/privacy/) - [Terms and disclaimer](https://epoxyplan.com/terms/): results are estimates; the manufacturer's data sheet and safety guidance come first.
